BD's existing Group structure is a result of our broad experience in real propertyreal estate, and we can thus draw on inter-professional expertise and experience when this seems required. In addition, some of our attorneys have supplementary educational qualifications in technical construction fields.

We assist our clients with sale or leasing of residential and commercial property, and in the making, revision and redemption of land-lease contracts. We have also advised clients in the making and follow-up of contracts in more complicated construction projects. Our attorneys have long experience with drafting planning and building applications, following up change notices and other applications to local authorities, and coordinating public permits in connection with development projects.

We also have long practice in expropriation law, including assistance in formulating appeals against expropriation decisions, help in negotiations over expropriation compensation and legal proceedings before the court of appraisement and the ordinary courts.
