Jan Tormod Dege is considered to be among the leading labour law lawyers in Norway. In 1998 he was granted  Ph.d-degree for his 3 volume books on “Managerial prerogatives”, Oslo 1995-1997 (1.800 pages). In 2003 he published: LABOUR LAW: Rights and duties in employments relationship. (1.000 pages). He represents both employers and employees. With his background holding a MBA-degree, Mr. Dege also performs financial analysis in connection with legal problems. He has comprehensive experience in dispute resolution and legal proceedings.

Between 1995 - 1997 published Volumes I-III The Employer's Right to Manage.

Co-author of Employment Law in Europe, London, Dublin and Edinburgh, 2001.
