Partner and Attorney-at-law Hans Rugset has extensive experience as legal advisor for medium-sized and large companies and groups within several lines of businesses. His special fields are transactions, corporate, restructuring, contracts, real estate and tax/VAT. He has assisted foreign based corporations in several large acquisitions in Norway, and acts as board director for several companies.
