Practicing commercial lawyer since 1981, specializing in crossboarder transactions and IT, also working with labour law and corporate law generally. Serves as an advisor to a number of large Norwegian and multinational corporations within IT, banking and industry.
Stabell worked as a scientific researcher during his legal studies, and for a period of time he was an executive officer in the Norwegian ministry of Industry, as well as the Norwegian ministry at Petroleum and Energy. In addition to scholarship studies in London, and practice as an ass. Judge, he has been in private practice in Oslo for many years, i.e. as a partner in the law firm Lindh Stabell Horten since 1991 (DLA Piper today), and in Brækhus Dege since 2004. |
