Mr. THOMMESSEN's principal area of business is insolvency law, hereunder "cross border insolvency" and international "asset tracing." He has a wide range of practice regarding restructuring and negotiations with creditors. Other areas of business include commercial comtracts, negotiations and litigation. Mr. THOMMESSEN has extensive experience in company law, as member of the board of several limited companies.

Education Candidate in Jurisprudence, University of Oslo 1979.

Admitted to the bar 1987.
